Experienced Sales Associate

About the role

This is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone who already has a strong foundation in residential real estate and enjoys being involved across every stage of the sales process. You'll work closely with the Partner across campaigns, client appointments, buyer management, prospecting and day-to-day sales activity, while being supported by an experienced administration and marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly alongside a Partner of the business
• Support residential sales campaigns from listing through to exchange
• Attend appraisals, listing presentations and client appointments
• Attend photography, videography and property marketing appointments
• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Manage buyer enquiries and follow-up
• Prospect and build relationships with local homeowners
• Maintain regular communication with buyers and vendors
• Manage and nurture relationships within the sales database
• Assist with campaign preparation and new listings

About you

• Minimum 12 months' experience within the real estate industry
• Previous experience in residential sales or a similar role
• Confident communicating with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-up
• Comfortable attending appointments and representing the team professionally
• Proactive, motivated and able to take initiative
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence
• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
