About the role

As Business Manager, you will support finance and insurance outcomes across a remarkable breadth of brands, from household names to the EV and PHEV marques that are reshaping what customers want to drive.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Presenting tailored finance and insurance packages across brands including Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and Ford, giving you exposure to a wide spectrum of customer profiles and deal structures
• Capitalising on the growing demand for EVs and PHEVs through brands such as Omoda Jaecoo, Geely and GAC, putting you ahead of where the market is heading
• Working within a high-volume dealership network where the pipeline of opportunities directly supports strong earning capacity
• Managing lender relationships and matching the right finance solution to each customer across a diverse range of transactions
• Ensuring every deal meets compliance requirements, so your results are built on a foundation you can be proud of

About You

You are an experienced F & I professional who knows how to convert opportunity into outcomes, and you're ready to do that at a scale most dealerships simply cannot offer.

More about you:

• Proven experience as a Finance and Insurance Business Manager within an automotive dealership
• Confidence structuring deals across multiple lenders and a broad range of customer circumstances
• Solid understanding of compliance obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act
• Multi-brand experience is a genuine advantage here, given the scale of the Peter Warren Automotive Warwick Farm operation
• A collaborative style that earns trust with sales teams and customers alike
