Recruitment Advisor

GenusPlus Group is looking for an energetic and driven Recruitment Advisor to join our high-performing Recruitment team.

Based in our Kewdale office, you will recruit across a diverse portfolio of construction, infrastructure, renewables and industrial projects, playing a key role in attracting Australia's best technical and trade talent.

The Role Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will own the recruitment process from start to finish while working closely with hiring managers across multiple business units.

This isn't a role where you simply post adverts and wait for applications. We are looking for someone who loves proactive recruitment, enjoys sourcing passive candidates, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to create opportunities.

Your day could include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment from job brief through to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively headhunting candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, referrals and networking.
• Making outbound calls to engage passive candidates and build lasting talent relationships.
• Building talent pipelines for critical and repeat hiring needs.
• Screening, interviewing and matching candidates to the right opportunities.
• Keeping recruitment moving at pace while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate records within JobAdder and supporting recruitment reporting.
• Contributing ideas that improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and employer branding.

About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people. You have high energy, love building relationships and understand that the best candidates often aren't actively applying, they need someone confident enough to pick up the phone and start the conversation.

You will also bring:

• Previous experience in agency or internal recruitment managing end-to-end recruitment.
• A proactive, "go and find them" mindset with strong sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Confidence making outbound calls and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, construction, mining, infrastructure or trades roles (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using an ATS (JobAdder experience highly regarded).
• Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
