Administration Assistant - Relief pool

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Assistant to join our relief team and work at our Residential Aged Care (RAC) facilities located within the Metropolitan area of Perth. This position is being offered on a casual basis (to cover periods of planned and unplanned leave across sites), working Monday to Friday, with typical shift times of 8.00am - 4.00pm.

The role:

The successful candidate for this role will provide general administrative support to our RAC facilities within the Perth Metropolitan area. This busy role will see you provide an efficient and effective administrative service, as directed by each site leadership team.

Your fortnightly roster will be published in advance to allow for planning. A casual contract is on offer for the successful candidate.

Our Metropolitan RAC site locations are Redcliffe, Inglewood, Subiaco, Innaloo, Kingsley, Madeley and Joondalup. The successful candidate will be required to cover leave at all of these locations.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous administration experience and ability to accurately input data with high attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
• Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that build and develop teamwork and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent customer service skills and clear understanding of individual privacy and confidentiality requirements
• Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve, and meet deadlines
• A current satisfactory National Police Certificate (obtained within the last 12 months)
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
