We're looking for an experienced Senior Landscape Gardener who takes pride in their work, enjoys responsibility, and can manage their day with minimal supervision. About the Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality landscape maintenance across a range of sites while maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. The role suits someone who enjoys working independently, has experience leading work on site, and is committed to consistently delivering a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role you'll have:

• Proven experience in landscape or garden maintenance

• Experience leading teams or supervising work on site

• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• A strong eye for detail and presentation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A current Victorian Driver Licence

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
