Perth Children's Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic Administration and Compliance Officer to join our Procurement and Contract Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in procurement and governance while contributing to the delivery of world-class healthcare for Western Australian children and their families.
Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you'll play an important role in ensuring procurement and contract management activities are conducted with integrity, transparency and accountability.
As the Administration and Compliance Officer, you'll support the Procurement and Contract Management team by identifying procurement and contract management compliance risks, contributing to governance initiatives, and assisting with procurement activities across the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS).
Your work will help ensure procurement practices align with the WA Procurement Rules, minimise organisational risk, and promote ethical and compliant purchasing practices across the organisation.
This varied role combines administration, compliance, stakeholder engagement, project support and procurement, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in procurement, governance or public sector administration.

selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy,
applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for

suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of
these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from
