What you'll do:

• Deliver high-quality care in line with care plans, policies, and ANMC standards

• Provide personal care and support to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and environmental needs

• Administer medications safely and in accordance with scope of practice

• Follow direction of Registered Nurses and escalate clinical concerns appropriately

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

• Communicate clinical updates clearly and confidentially to relevant stakeholders

• Practise within scope, ensuring accountability and adherence to policies and procedures

• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through ongoing professional development

• Provide supervision and guidance to staff, volunteers, and students as required

• Support induction of new and agency staff

• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives

• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Report incidents promptly in line with reporting requirements

• Act as senior staff member on shift when required, including responding to emergencies

• Follow Quality Management and Work Health & Safety policies and procedures

• Identify and report workplace hazards to maintain a safe environment

• Uphold strict privacy and confidentiality standards at all times

• Undertake additional duties as required within scope of role.

Essential:

• Current AHPRA registration with no conditions

• National Police Clearance

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

• First Aid Certificate / CPR

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
