We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to become a valuable member of our team on a part-time basis, 3-4 days per week. Whether you are an experienced Dispensing Technician, Pharmacy Administration Officer, or an experienced Pharmacy Assistant; if you are a smart, quick learner, a dedicated team player, and someone who enjoys interacting with customers, we want you to join our Roseville team.
Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate distribution of pharmaceutical products. We specialise in clinical pharmacy, compounding and niche areas including Fertility, Macular Degeneration, Chemotherapy and Weight Loss.
Your daily responsibilities will vary because we are a large business and need people that can work across different departments. You will need a blend of technical skills, administrative tasks, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispensing Technician:
Accurately dispense pharmaceutical products and medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
Participate in various tasks such as inventory management, data entry, and customer support.
Maintain proper inventory levels and organise the pharmacy stock.
Assist in managing medication orders and prescriptions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and customers to ensure their needs are met.
Pharmacy Administrator – Pharmacy Assistants:
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Coordinate and manage pharmacy schedules and appointments.
Work closely with customers to ensure their orders are processed efficiently.
Assist in compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
