About The Role

As a Behaviour Therapist, you will work closely with children and families to develop and implement individualised behaviour support strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and contributing to individualised behaviour support plansDelivering evidence-based behavioural interventionsWorking with children and young people with a range of developmental and behavioural needsSupporting families and carers with practical strategiesMonitoring progress and adjusting interventions where appropriateMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and reportsCollaborating with other allied health professionals and support teamsBuilding strong, positive relationships with clients and their families

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in behaviour therapy, early intervention or working with children and young people (desirable)Knowledgeable about evidence-based behavioural intervention approachesPassionate about supporting children and familiesA strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsOrganised, reliable and able to manage a caseload effectivelyComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyCommitted to professional development and delivering high-quality care

Early career professionals with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in behaviour therapy are encouraged to apply, with training, supervision and mentoring available.
