Senior Service and Warranty Officer

Clarendon Homes QLD, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG), is looking for a practical, customer focused Warranty Officer to join our team, covering homes from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's been on the tools and wants to step into a role where they can use their building knowledge, work independently, and help homeowners after handover.

About the Role

As a Warranty Officer, you'll inspect and manage warranty items in our completed homes, organise and or complete repairs, liaise with trades, and work directly with homeowners to ensure issues are resolved professionally and efficiently.

You'll be the link between customers, trades, suppliers, and our internal teams to deliver a positive post handover experience.

We're keen to hear from people with a trade, maintenance, handyman, or residential construction background, with practical building knowledge, strong problem solving skills and a customer focused attitude.

Above all, we're looking for someone reliable, professional, and committed to getting the job done right.
