What You'll Be Doing

• Assist customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions.

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.

• Build product knowledge across our range of vehicles and latest technology.

• Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience is highly regarded but not essential.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.

• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Current Australian Driver Licence (manual preferred).

• Queensland Motor Salesperson Licence (or willingness to obtain).
