Role Description:We’re looking for a full-time Business Development Manager based in Victoria.
In this role, you will:Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsGenerate leads and manage the sales pipelinePrepare proposals and deliver client presentationsNegotiate pricing and contractsWork with internal teams to develop tailored solutionsMaintain accurate CRM records and sales forecastsRepresent Kulbardi’s values in all client and stakeholder interactions
About You:Experience in business development, sales or account managementStrong relationship-building and communication skillsConfidence presenting to corporate and government clientsExperience with lead generation, pipeline management and CRM systemsSound commercial, negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently, manage priorities and meet targetsAn interest in Indigenous procurement, social impact and supplier diversityExperience with workplace supplies or corporate and government procurement is beneficial but not essential
