Our products are tailored to perform in tough global conditions, making MTGA a market leader in light fabrication and engineered solutions.
About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Boilermaker to join our Carlisle workshop, on morning or afternoon shift. This is a hands-on fabrication role working on the manufacture and assembly of custom-built equipment and engineered products.
Your work will include:
Light fabrication and welding ( MIG/TIG).
Fabricating and assembling components and products.
Working with drawings and measurements.
Being a leader inside the team
QA/QC experience
General workshop duties and maintaining a clean work area.
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience or training in fabrication/welding and want to be a senior part of a small team.

What You’ll Need
Australian citizen or permanent resident or full work rights.
Current driver’s licence.
Certificate 3 in Engineering Fabrication Trade or equivalent
Previous experience in fabrication, welding.
A willingness to be an active member as part of a team.
