Customer Service/ Delivery Driver

Are you a people person who enjoys staying active and doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves? The Bottle-O Kurmond is looking for a Casual Customer Service Worker/ Delivery Driver to join our friendly team.

This is a casual role with a rotating roster, including day, night and weekend shifts, with a minimum of 10 hours per week (with potential for more hours in busy periods).

About The Role

You'll be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need and ensuring every visit is a positive experience. You'll also support our delivery service, making sure orders are delivered safely and on time.

Key duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service in-store

• Operating the register and handling cash and EFTPOS

• Performing store closure procedures and basic end-of-day tasks

• Stock control, including unpacking, rotating and replenishing stock

• Cleaning and maintaining a tidy, safe store environment

• Restocking shelves, cool rooms and displays

• Completing deliveries (delivery car provided)

• Performing other duties as directed to support the team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be at least 18 years of age (essential due to alcohol service requirements)

• Hold a current NSW RSA and current RSAT (essential)

• Hold a full, current Australian driver's licence (essential)

• Be fit and strong, able to safely perform repetitive heavy lifting

• Be capable of safely lifting items weighing 20-30kg as part of regular duties

• Be well-presented, with a pleasant, outgoing personality

• Be able to work independently and confidently, including working on your own

• Have reliable transport to and from work (public transport is not available)

• Be comfortable with technology (e.g. POS systems, basic apps/devices)

Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential – we are happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude and willingness to learn.
