genU is looking for an operationally experienced and strategically minded Manager - Aged Care Services to lead and shape the future of our aged care programs. What you’ll do

As our Manager - Aged Care Services, you'll:

• Lead the strategic direction and optimisation of our Support at Home and CHSP services.
• Provide expert advice on aged care reform, funding changes and future service models.
• Drive high-quality, person-centred service delivery across multiple programs.
• Partner with operational leaders to embed consistency, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead transformational change initiatives that support growth and sustainability.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and service efficiency

What you’ll bring

• Significant experience leading aged care services.
• Expert knowledge of Support at Home and CHSP programs with excellent commercial and operational awareness.
• Experience implementing change within a large, complex environment.
• A strong grasp of compliance, funding and sector reform.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and connection.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
