evo global supply planner

evo is looking for an experienced global supply planner to help us keep products moving across Australia, North America and Europe—balancing availability, inventory and an increasingly complex global supply network.

You’ll join us at a particularly exciting time. We’re implementing NetSuite as our new ERP and introducing Netstock to strengthen our demand, supply and inventory planning. This is an opportunity to work with better tools, improve how decisions are made and help shape the planning practices that will support evo’s next stage of global growth.

Working closely with production, purchasing, logistics, sales, marketing and our international teams, you’ll connect demand with supply—turning forecasts, launches, promotions and market intelligence into clear, executable plans.

You’ll have visibility across the full planning cycle: from raw materials and manufacturing through to replenishment of our third-party warehouses in North America and Europe.

Your focus will include:

• Developing rolling demand and supply plans across our global markets

• Translating sales forecasts, distributor growth, product launches and promotional activity into purchasing and production requirements

• Managing inventory settings and replenishment across Australia, North America and Europe

• Identifying supply risks, constraints and potential stock-outs early—and driving practical solutions

• Balancing product availability with healthy inventory levels and working capital

• Coordinating manufacturing schedules, purchase requirements and international stock movements

• Providing suppliers with forward purchasing forecasts and improving the quality and timing of supply plans

• Supporting product introductions, packaging changes and product transitions

• Monitoring slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommending action

• Helping embed NetSuite and Netstock into the way we plan, analyse and make decisions

• Building clearer reporting, stronger planning disciplines and better cross-functional visibility

This isn’t a role where you simply inherit a system and keep it running.

You’ll join while our planning environment is changing—giving you the opportunity to influence processes, improve data and help create a more connected global planning rhythm.

You’re an experienced planner who can work confidently with complexity without making it complicated for everyone else.

You’ll bring:

• Significant experience in supply, demand, inventory or production planning, ideally within a manufacturing or product-based environment

• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with detailed data

• Advanced Excel skills and experience using an ERP or planning system

• An understanding of inventory management, forecasting, replenishment and supply risk

• The ability to connect commercial activity with operational requirements

• Strong attention to detail, balanced by an ability to see the bigger picture

• Clear communication skills and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively

• A collaborative style and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners

• The judgement to manage competing priorities, changing information and demanding timeframes

Experience with NetSuite, Netstock or another advanced planning platform would be valuable, but it isn’t essential. More important is your ability to understand how planning systems should work, ask the right questions and help turn new technology into better business decisions.

A relevant qualification in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, business or a related discipline will be well regarded.
