Sales Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Manager to join the Tyrepower Blackwood team.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing others in a busy environment

• Automotive/tyre industry knowledge and confidence discussing mechanical services

• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build relationships and grow accounts

• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of tyres, mechanical repairs, etc, building rapport with customers and trade accounts

• Lead day-to-day workflow across the workshop and front counter to keep jobs running smoothly

• Monitor performance and support the team to deliver consistent results

• Provide outstanding customer service, including handling queries and resolving issues professionally

• Manage stock ordering and inventory levels to support bookings and demand

• Coordinate with technicians and suppliers to meet deadlines and maintain service standards
