Customer Advisor, Contact Centre | Part-time or full-time | Saturday mornings required

• $32.50 per hour + superannuation + leave loading

Regional Australia Bank, now joined with Summerland Bank, is inviting expressions of interest for Customer Advisor opportunities in our Contact Centre team. Lismore is preferred, with Armidale also considered.

In this role, you’ll support customers across phone and digital channels with everyday banking enquiries, transactions, card and payment support, digital banking, referrals, and scam or fraud awareness.

About you

You don’t need to know everything about banking from day one — we’ll support you to learn. You’ll need strong customer focus, attention to detail, confidence using systems, and the ability to listen, think ahead and stay organised while managing calls.

• Confidence speaking with customers by phone.
• Ability to multitask across systems and conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures.
• Positive, adaptable and team-focused attitude.

Working arrangements

Part-time or full-time arrangements may be considered, however rostered Saturday mornings are required. When applying, please include your preferred days and hours of work across the week.
