The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and tracking milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget completion. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing communication channels, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining detailed project documentation. The role involves monitoring progress, expediting critical tasks or deliverables, and ensuring inspections and quality checks are completed as required. The Project Manager will also work closely with logistics and operational staff to streamline workflows, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve project processes and standards.QualificationsProject Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Demonstrate knowledge and experience working with A.I and A.I architectureExpeditor and Expediting skills to prioritize and accelerate key tasks, materials, or deliverables when needed.Inspection skills for coordinating and overseeing quality checks, compliance verification, and documentation of results.Logistics Management skills to align project timelines with supply chain, inventory, and operational requirements.Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in technology, engineering, operations, or related fields.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, business, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
