Employee Relations Advisor

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in fostering a fair, respectful, and high-performing workplace by providing expert advice and managing complex employee relations matters.

You’ll partner closely with leaders to manage risk, ensure compliance, and support positive workplace outcomes across the organisation.

• Support leaders in navigating complex people issues and building ER capability

• Play a key role in enterprise bargaining negotiations

• Interpret and apply employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and company policies

• Develop and implement ER strategies that promote a positive employee experience

• Identify trends and risks across ER cases and recommend proactive solutions

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of policies, frameworks, and tools

• Proven experience in an Employee Relation or Industrial Relations

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks

• Experienced in managing complex ER cases and workplace investigations

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Highly resilient with excellent judgement and decision-making ability

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work with ambiguity
