We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care.

We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale & Jindalee.

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

Join our brand-new Jindalee clinic and help children thrive every day.

We're looking for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and values flexibility, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes.

At AIM Therapy, you'll support children to build confidence, independence, and essential life skills while being part of a supportive team that genuinely values your expertise. With flexibility, clinical support, and opportunities to grow, you'll enjoy rewarding work that makes a lasting difference for children and their families.

What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day

• Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families
• Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
• Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
• Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
• Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• A valid Working With Children Check
• National Police Clearance
• A current driver’s licence
• Confident communication skills and the ability to connect easily with kids & families
• The ability to work independently, while also being a great team player
