Storeperson/General Hand:

Industrial Equipment & Control Pty Ltd manufactures apparatus for demonstrating various aspects of Science, Physics and Chemistry in school classrooms and universities.

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Storeperson/General Hand with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

This role includes:

• Pick components from Bills of Materials in readiness for product assembly.

• Identify and document shortages.

• Liaise regularly with office and assembly staff.

• Provide assistance to Inwards/Outwards Goods Storeperson.

• Assemble and pack products at times.

• Keep a clean, safe and organised work area.

The successful applicant must:

• Be honest, reliable and willing to learn.

• Have good literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skills.

• Be organised and able to work autonomously.

• Be capable of lifting up to 15kg.

• Be comfortable working from platform ladders.

• Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
