Sales Representative – Ingham

YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our very successful Ingham branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager of Ingham, and supported with development from our Sales Manager, this role is more than just selling and delivering equipment; this role is about becoming a trusted partner with our customers to find solutions and meet their unique needs. Our commitment to our customers is steadfast and to stay true to that commitment, we are looking for a like-minded superstar to join our team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Travel around Ingham and surrounds to meet our customers (and to uncover new ones!)
• Customer profiling including developing an understanding of buying cycles and production needs
• Completing sales documentation with an attention to detail
• Delivering new purchases, making sure that our customers receive all the information they need to successfully utilise purchases to their full potential
• Work collaboratively with parts and service teams to ensure our customers are looked after
• Participating in training, online and at sales bootcamps to expand technical and sales skills
• Contribute to sales targets, reporting and marketing activities

• A genuine passion for customer success and a drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience on every occasion!
• A commitment to learning about Ag equipment, machinery, implements and precision agricultural technology
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills with an ability to self-manage, but remain a team player who works with initiative and commitment
• Energy and enthusiasm – this role is best suited to a dynamic person who love what they do and represents Honeycombes as the #1 Ag dealer of North Queensland
