Casual Dental Assistant — Lithgow

Responsibilities include:

• Clinical Assistance: Prepare treatment rooms and assist the Dentist during a range of clinical procedures, ensuring a positive experience for patients.
• Patient Care: Deliver professional, compassionate support to patients and contribute to a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Sterilisation & Infection Control: Maintain strict sterilisation processes and infection control standards to support safe clinical practice.
• Clinical Administration: Accurately complete clinical records and assist with administrative tasks as required.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Dentists and clinical team members to ensure efficient daily operations and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone with the qualifications, experience and attitude to thrive in a patient-focused environment:

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or relevant industry experience.
• Understanding of clinical policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional clinical team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining high standards of dental health.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, initiative and professionalism.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
