Labourers + Concreters

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Concreters & Labourers to join our team at Next Level Base Works Pty Ltd. This position is focused on the installation and finishing of high-quality concrete foundations and structures.

As a key member of our crew, you will play an important role in delivering quality projects for our clients across residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans, including cross sections and detailed drawings

• Carry out all aspects of concrete placement and finishing

• Perform quality checks throughout pours and finishing stages

• Work effectively within a team environment to meet project deadlines

• (Optional) Lead a crew – experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ concreting experience

• Strong skills in concrete finishing and use of relevant tools and equipment

• Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Strong focus on workplace health and safety

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
