We have opportunities for existing 3RD & 4TH Yr apprentices completing a apprenticeship in Airconditioning & Refrigeration

Michael De Pinto Airconditioning & Refrigeration (MDAC&R) is a well established locally owned family business company that has been quietly getting on with the job of meeting the Airconditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation needs of Mackay & District for over 38 continuous years. 

While our focus is on 3rd & 4th Year apprentices, if you are a 1st or 2nd year apprentice and you are interested in more work challenges or you need a change, then you are welcome to apply.

We believe we can offer something different, not just in the type of work we offer, but also in the way we approach our day to day work environment.  

We are unapologetically "Old School" when it comes to Work Principles & Work Ethics. Just making it clear right from the beginning, if you cant meet that starting criteria, then this place is not for you. We are also very forward looking in adopting & working with new technologies in the HVAC industry.
