This Senior Nurse Manager position working with mental health in Northern Beaches Hospital is a unique opportunity to be part of a consumer focused and recovery-oriented team with all the benefits offered by NSW Health. Remuneration: $3,368.70 - $3,425.90 per week

Where you'll be working
Northern Beaches Hospital
What you'll be doing
This position is key for the operational and clinical governance of the mental health services operating out of Northern Beaches Hospital. There is opportunity for service development as new roles are developed with the expansion of this service which provides a service within the acute inpatient unit, a psycho-geriatrics inpatient unit, a PECC, ED and Clinical Liaison Services across the hospital.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated ability in managing human resources, financial and administrative issues across a large and complex mental health service. Proven leadership skills that foster engagement.
Demonstrated understanding of contemporary issues impacting on consumer flow and capacity to engage teams in implementing demand management strategies.
Ability to analyse complex documents and provide advice on service plans and strategic direction.
