Client Advisor Casual - Melbourne

We are seeking an enthusiastic and polished Casual Client Advisor to support our Bourke Street Concession, David Jones. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Casual or those passionate about luxury retail who are looking to gain further experience with a globally recognised fashion house.

The Opportunity:

As a Casual Client Advisor, you will support our Bourke Street Concession, David Jones by:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable brand experiences

• Supporting sales targets through product knowledge and client engagement

• Using CRM and POS systems to support an elevated customer journey

About You:
You are enthusiastic, reliable and confident in a client facing environment. You bring:

• Strong face to face communication skills

• A warm and engaging approach with customers

• A proven ability to meet performance expectations

• Experience with CRM and POS systems

• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently

• A proactive, organised and results driven mindset

• Minimum of 1-2 years retail experience required for this casual position
