About us
The International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) is seeking an experienced and industry-connected academic professional to join our academic community as Course Coordinator (Property), part-time role. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery, quality assurance and continuous improvement of ICMS Bachelor of Property courses, while strengthening the connection between higher education, professional accreditation and contemporary industry practice.

The Course Coordinator role is offered as a part-time academic leadership position (0.5 FTE). For candidates interested in contributing further to teaching, additional teaching opportunities may be available through a separate teaching appointment, subject to discipline needs and qualifications.
The Role
As Course Coordinator (Property), you will play a central role in coordinating the effective day to day delivery, academic quality and ongoing development of ICMS Property courses. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager and working closely with teaching faculty, professional staff, students, industry partners and professional bodies, you will help ensure that students receive a high-quality, industry-relevant and professionally aligned learning experience.
This is a coordination role with a focus on Property education, curriculum relevance, student progression, course quality assurance and industry engagement. A key feature of the role is supporting professional accreditation requirements, including those associated with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and ensuring that accreditation expectations are embedded in course review, curriculum development, assessment review and continuous improvement processes.
You will act as an important liaison between students, lecturers, professional staff and external stakeholders, supporting student success while helping to ensure that Bachelor of Property courses remain current, professionally credible and aligned with industry expectations.
