Wedding & Event Coordinator

We’re looking for someone special to step into a key role guiding our weddings and events. This is more than service—it’s about setting the tone, reading the room, and ensuring every moment feels effortless (even when it’s not).

You don’t need to shout to lead a room—just know how to own it.

You’ll be the calm, confident presence guests remember—leading our team, coordinating service, and making sure each event flows seamlessly from first toast to final farewell.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to wedding and event enquiries

• Build rapport and guide guests through our booking process

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Assist with planning and coordination leading up to events

• Lead our team during weddings and events

• Ensure every event runs smoothly and guests fell genuinely cared for

• Natural leadership without ego

• Sharp attention to detail (you notice what others miss)

• Warm, genuine connection with guests and team

• The ability to stay composed when things get lively

• Experience in hospitality or events (but attitude matters more)

This role is Full Time and presents as a mix of Front of House all-rounder, event planning, and service delivery.
