Shift Supervisor

Civcon Civil & Project Management are seeking Shift Supervisors with drainage experience to join our team. About the role

The position requires the day-to-day coordination of:

• day to day running of his crew, site vehicle and tooling

• preparation and execution of the onsite work.

• overall site safety and correct completion of all associated paper work for each individual job / task he manages.

In addition to operational tasks or functions the Shift Supervisor may be required to undertake day to day administrative tasks for a specific worksite/ shift, as well as co-ordinate daily work activities and resources (e.g., setting up work plans).

Skills and experience

• Responsible for drainage crews outputs and delivery

• Materials technology

• Construction technology

• State, local government and utility provider standards 

• Plant and equipment functions and capabilities

• Relevant statutory legislation and codes of practice

• Relevant site HSEQ procedures

• Current driver’s licence and White Card.
