Key Requirements & What We Look For

· Availability & Shift Flexibility:

• Must have strong ongoing availability across mornings, afternoons, night shifts, and sleepovers.
• Prefers a fixed roster and consistent work schedule to help balance outside commitments.

· Core Care Capabilities:

• Solid work ethic and a passion for delivering dignified personal care (including bathing, toileting, and showering) for individuals with special needs.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
• Energy and motivation to engage clients in active pursuits—such as swimming and brisk walking—including participating alongside them when required.
• A preference for building meaningful, regular relationships by working with the same consistent clients.

· Essential Compliance & Transport:

• Valid Driver’s Licence and a reliable car.
• Current (or willingness to obtain) Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
• Current (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
