Quality Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and support quality activities within a highly regulated healthcare environment. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the Quality Management System, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, and drive a strong culture of quality across the organisation.You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain quality standards, manage quality processes and support continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).Oversee controlled documentation and quality records.Manage and support deviations, CAPA and change control.Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP and relevant regulatory requirements.Support audits, inspections and quality improvement initiatives.Oversee quality training and associated records.Work collaboratively with operational and cross-functional teams.Promote a strong quality and compliance culture across the organisation.Essential Criteria3-5 years' experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems within a GMP or highly regulated environment.Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences or another highly regulated healthcare environment.Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to a Quality Management System.Practical experience with controlled documents, deviations, CAPA, change control, training and quality records.Strong practical understanding and application of GMP principles and regulatory requirements.Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.What We OfferFlexible working environment.Fringe benefits as part of the overall employment package.Opportunity to work within a highly regulated and purpose-driven healthcare organisation.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Opportunity to contribute to continuous quality improvement and make a meaningful impact.If you are an experienced Quality professional looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
