The Company
Brefni is an established Australian civil contractor delivering infrastructure across Transport, Defence, Energy and Water. With a strong pipeline of work across NSW, we back our people to get the job done — and give them the opportunity to grow with the business.

We're kicking off a civil package in Griffith and need experienced, reliable operators and labourers to hit the ground running.

The Roles

Excavator Operator · 2 Positions

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating an excavator

• Experience using GPS/machine guidance systems

• Civil construction background

Roller Operator · 2 Positions

• Proven experience operating a roller in civil construction, with solid compaction experience

• Civil construction background

Moxy Operator · 2 Positions

• Experience operating a Moxy or articulated dump truck

• Civil construction background

Loader Operator · 1 Position

• A couple of years' experience operating a loader

• Civil construction experience preferred

• Tickets for other plant highly regarded — you'll have the chance to back up as an operator across other machines

Watercart Operator · 1 Position

• HR licence required

• Experience operating a watercart

• Available to start Monday, 27 July

• Civil construction experience preferred

Labourer · 2 Positions

• Civil construction experience preferred

• Construction Industry Induction (White or Blue Card)

• Reliable, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
