Property Manager

We are a highly systemised office with a great, friendly team culture  - regular social events, team bonding days and a friendly environment. 

This role is client focused and has no leasing, no new business, no trust accounting plus you will have the support of a routines inspection officer and an experienced Department Manager. 

Regular training is provided within the Harcourts network and experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate would be an advantage;

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property Management

• Exceptional telephone, written, and verbal communication skills are a must

• Legislative knowledge and understanding

• Enjoy working both autonomously and in a team

• Current Registration Certificate or Agent License is required

• Australian Driver's License

This full time role is 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with no Saturday work required.
