 About the Role 

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, professional, and high-achieving individual to join our energetic and enthusiastic team as Student Recruitment Officer/Manager at our AIBI HE Melbourne based campus.

Role purpose: 

You are responsible for the ethical selling process and establishing and maintaining a culture of integrity among students, student recruitment agents, and staff members for iEDU group 

• Manage AIBI Higher Education Melbourne

• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets 

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base 

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 

• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives 

• Establish and maintain relationships with local and international education agents. 

• Recruit students directly or indirectly from the targeted global countries by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents. 

• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, websites, etc. 

• Assist with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, and marketing events to promote the iEDU programs. 

• Being a key contact point with agents and potential students to support college business objectives. 

Knowledge:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications 

• Solid understanding of International and Higher education student education environment 

• Excellent knowledge of the English Language 

• Additional Languages are considered a plus 

• Solid experience in relationship management
