NSW Operations Manager - Onsite Refueling

About Us

We're a well established business in the onsite and mobile refueling industry, providing fuel delivery and refueling solutions to businesses across NSW, from construction and civil sites to transport and logistics operations. We're known for reliability and strong customer relationships, and we're growing our NSW team. We're now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help lead things from our Eastern Creek base.

About the Role

This is a hands on leadership role at the heart of our NSW operations. You'll oversee scheduling support, driver management, customer relationships, compliance and reporting, working closely with senior leadership to keep operations running smoothly and customers happy. Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Administration

• Prepare and send End of Month (EOM) reports

• Support pricing and customer reporting

• Complete EOM Stock Take Reports

• Maintain the Product Allocation spreadsheet

• Send reports and dockets to customers as requested

Operations and Scheduling

• Support NSW Schedulers with day to day needs

• Check supplier pricing across NSW

• Review driver dipsheets

• Manage day to day operational issues

• Maintain the Saturday roster and On Call roster

Customer Management

• Investigate and resolve customer disputes

• Manage credits and recharges

• Conduct customer inductions

• Liaise with HSSE on incident investigations

People and HR

• Approve driver timesheets

• Manage HR related issues within the team

• Interview, hire and onboard new drivers

• Run Toolbox Talks at Eastern Creek
