Packaging Artwork & Design Coordinator

1. Packaging Artwork Project Coordination

• Coordinate the development and update of product artwork, packaging, labels, and marketing materials.

• Manage artwork timelines to ensure projects meet production and customer launch schedules.

• Track multiple artwork projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

2. Artwork Review & Approval

• Ensure packaging artwork complies with brand guidelines, product specifications, customer brief and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain version control and approval records for all artwork.

3. Collaboration with Designers & Suppliers

• Work with customers/graphic designers and printers to ensure packaging artwork files meet technical specifications.

• Liaise with customers/suppliers and printers to ensure correct file formats and print readiness.

4. Documentation & File Management

• Maintain organised records of artwork files, approvals, and revisions.

• Manage artwork databases.

• Ensure final artwork files are stored and accessible for production use.

5. Quality & Compliance

• Verify artwork accuracy including product information, barcodes, ingredients, legal statements, and branding.

• Ensure packaging artwork meets regulatory standards and labelling requirements where applicable.
