Customer Contact Centre Consultant

New Town Toyota is looking for a Retention Centre Consultant to join our Customer Contact Centre team.

You'll connect with our existing customers throughout their ownership journey, helping them stay engaged with our business and receive an exceptional experience. There are no cold calls — around 80% of your role will involve customer follow-up, service bookings, overdue service reminders and reconnecting with customers who have missed a service.

Hours of Work

• Full-time permanent position
• Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting customers throughout their ownership journey
• Booking service appointments and complimentary vehicle inspections
• Contacting customers regarding overdue service reminders and safety recalls
• Supporting our inbound customer enquiry and booking line during peak periods

What We're Looking For

• Is a confident, clear and professional communicator
• Enjoys speaking with people and building positive relationships
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Is organised, reliable and willing to learn
• Has unrestricted Australian working rights

Dealership or contact centre experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
