About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join our Minchinbury team, coating aluminium and steel fencing/gate products.
What you’ll do
Prep & hang products to coat
Powdercoat tubular aluminium and steel fencing products
Manage colour changes and oven curing
Inspect finished parts for quality and finish
Keep the booth, gun and line clean and safe
What you’ll need
Powder coating experience (aluminium & steel)
Confident with spray guns (e.g., Gema/Wagner) and colour systems (Dulux/Interpon)
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Able to follow job cards and meet daily targets
Forklift licence a plus
