Job Description

CEA is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter / Parts Salesperson to join our growing team in Dandenong South.

Whether you're an experienced Parts Interpreter or someone with a strong background in automotive, machinery, truck, agricultural or industrial parts sales, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national equipment supplier and build a long-term career.

About The Role

As a Parts Interpreter / Parts Salesperson, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately identifying, sourcing and supplying parts to both internal and external customers.

You will work closely with our Service and Sales teams, assisting customers via phone, email and over the counter, while helping drive parts sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret customer parts requirements and provide accurate parts solutionsProcess customer orders, quotes and enquiriesSource parts from local and international suppliersBuild strong relationships with customers and identify sales opportunitiesManage customer backorders and provide regular updatesAssist with inventory control and stock managementPick, pack and dispatch customer ordersSupport Service Technicians with technical parts enquiriesWork closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer requirements are metMaintain a safe and organised parts warehouse and counter area

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor or Parts SalespersonStrong customer service and communication skillsA proactive and positive attitudeGood computer and administration skillsAbility to build strong customer relationshipsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsCurrent driver's licence
