Project Manager - West Offshore Assets

GR Production Services (GRPS) is an Australian operations, maintenance, projects and advisory business, delivering safe and reliable production outcomes for clients across the oil and gas sector. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full accountability for the day-to-day operation of West offshore assets — a rare opportunity to lead offshore production operations from our Perth office.

About the Role

Based in our Perth office and reporting to the General Manager – Operations and Maintenance (West), you will be the site leader accountable for safe, compliant and efficient operations across the assets. You will manage the client relationship, act as GRPS's primary point of contact for the regulatory relationship with the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA), and lead a multidisciplinary operations, maintenance and engineering team.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of West offshore assets.
• Own the client relationship, including regular reporting and performance updates.
• Manage the regulatory relationship with NOPSEMA, including safety case and compliance obligations.
• Plan and deliver maintenance programs, campaigns and shutdowns across the assets.
• Provide engineering oversight to support asset and well integrity.
• Manage budgets, contractors and vendors, and lead and develop the site team.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 10 years' post-graduate experience across operations, maintenance and engineering, ideally in oil and gas.
• Experience managing offshore platform and/or onshore process or production facilities.
• Proven experience managing a regulatory relationship with NOPSEMA or an equivalent regulator.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including shutdowns and capital works.
• Engineering degree (or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills.
• Strong safety leadership and the ability to travel regularly to site.
