About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our Cleveland team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you’ll deliver consistent colour matching and premium-quality finishes in a busy, well-structured production environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Spray painting vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards

• Accurate colour matching and blending

• Managing the prep-to-paint process

• Maintaining paint booth cleanliness and WHS compliance

• Meeting productivity and efficiency targets

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent)

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as an Automotive Spray Painter

• Strong knowledge of waterborne and solvent-based paint systems

• Experience in a collision repair or panel shop environment

You’ll also bring:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• A commitment to consistently high-quality finishes

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

• Willingness to grow your skills, including I-CAR® or similar training
