About your opportunity

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and project support to the Infrastructure Program Delivery Team, contributing to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects across THHS. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting readiness and operational commissioning activities by preparing project documentation, liaising with stakeholders, identifying potential issues, and assisting with project updates.
• Assisting with procurement and logistics processes, including tracking orders and deliveries, maintaining registers, and supporting risk and change management activities.
• Providing meeting and administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, tracking actions, and maintaining project records.
• Supporting project communications and reporting through the preparation of correspondence, reports, stakeholder updates, and project handover documentation.

This is a temporary full-time role, up to 04/04/2027 (with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months).

• Base salary range: $3038.50 to $3379.10 p.f. (AO3)
