About the role:- Start off as casual with the potential of full-time employment for the right candidate.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Receipt and processing of both inbound and outbound orders from customer using Warehouse Management Software

• Preparing necessary paperwork for order picking by warehouse team

• Preparing necessary paperwork for Operations team to facilitate delivery

• Ensuring all daily orders are completed

• Assisting where necessary in completing order requirements and ensuring electronic tasks are completed

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients electronically and over the phone

• Follow up and investigate any concerns / discrepancies with customers and ensure timely attention is given

• Maintaining electronic and paper records including archiving

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Transport & Logistics experience is desirable, but not essential

• Reliable and enthusiastic about learning new tasks

• Well organised with ability to multi-task 

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient computer literacy with sound Data entry speed

• Able to work well in a team environment
