Full-Time Welder /Aluminium Fencing & Gates Installer – From $45/hr

Starting from $45 per hour — higher rates available depending on experience.

Gate Boss is seeking a motivated, skilled and reliable Installer/Welder to join our growing team. We are looking for someone interested in secure, long-term employment who can grow with our company.

• Full-time position with consistent, ongoing work

• Installing aluminium fencing, gates and balustrade systems

• Aluminium welding and fabrication

• Using our laser welding equipment in the workshop

• Reading and interpreting plans and measurements

• Working independently and as part of a small team

• Maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail

• Previous experience with aluminium fencing, gates, balustrades, welding or installation is preferred

• Construction White Card

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Reliable, punctual and physically capable

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work well independently and within a team

• Must be looking for a stable, long-term position

• Starting from $45 per hour

• Higher rates available for experienced applicants

• Company vehicle and tools supplied

• Training provided for our workshop laser welder if required
