Assistant in Nursing

Montefiore is seeking experienced, caring and team-orientated AINs to support our residents. We have vacancies for AINs to work on permanent part time and full time basis in our Randwick and Hunters Hill.

Candidates who are available to work weekdays are preferred.

The Role

• Provide personal care needs and services as per resident’s individual care needs and care plans
• Provide person-centred care to residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Deliver care that aligns with consumers dignity, choice, and independence

About you

• Previous experience in Aged Care
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care as a minimum requirement
• Positive, caring and compassionate with a fantastic work ethic
• A great communicator who enjoys working in a supportive team
• Open to continuous learning
• Russian speaking candidates are highly regarded
