About the Role:

If you are passionate about supporting people to live healthier, happier lives, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. We are seeking a Personal Trainer to join ACH Group on a six-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with potential opportunities to transition into casual or future permanent roles. In this role, you will work three days per week, manage our modern gym space at ACH Healthia (Elizabeth South) and deliver engaging exercise programs within a home built on the innovative Green House model of care—an approach that places residents’ wellbeing, autonomy and connection at the centre of everything we do.

What You’ll Do:

• Support residents to reach their fitness and health goals through tailored activities
• Create engaging programs that inspire older people to stay active and confident
• Facilitate individual and group exercise sessions as guided by a Physiotherapist
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, carers, and Allied Health professionals
• Champion Healthy and Active Ageing across ACH Group

About You:

You’re a skilled, enthusiastic Personal Trainer who genuinely cares about helping older people live a Good Life. You bring energy, empathy, and a commitment to quality care.

You’ll also have:

• Experience as a Personal Trainer (experience with older adults is highly valued)
• Strong motivational and engagement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Certificate III or IV in Personal Training

• A satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check, no older than 12 months at commencement of employment

• A genuine passion for supporting older people

Bonus points if you also hold a Certificate III in Aged Care.
