Swim School Team Leader

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Swim School Team Leader to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our swim school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working within the fitness industry. Loves working with children and families, has strong leadership and organisational skills.

About the Role

As Swim School Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the swim school, while creating a positive, safe and welcoming environment for students, families and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the swim school

• Coordinating class timetables, enrolments and student progression

• Leading, supporting and developing swim instructors and staff

• Maintaining high standards of safety and customer service

• Communicating with parents and families regarding lessons and student progress

• Handling enrolments, bookings, payments and general administration

• Building strong relationships with students, families and the wider community

About You

• A confident communicator and leader

• Great with children and families

• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently

• Comfortable managing staff and handling administrative responsibilities

• Focused on delivering an excellent experience for every student

Previous swim school, aquatic, childcare, education or management experience is preferred.
