Business Development Manager (BDM)– Real Estate

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in property management business development, leasing, real estate sales or a similar client-focused role

• A strong understanding of the Melbourne rental market

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• The confidence to prospect, network and build new relationships

• A proven ability to convert leads and achieve targets

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills

• A proactive, energetic and results-focused approach

• A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate

• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
